work you receive from me that I am willing to make a very bold
promise to you in writing:
"We absolutely guarantee that you will be so delighted with our
attention to quality, details, and cleanliness that we will pay
you $200 if you are not satisfied.”

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Must have a signed, valid contract.

ALL progress payments, including the final draw, must be paid
in full and on time.

If there is anything you would like touched up, changed, or
punched out, please provide a written punch list.

The items on the punch list must be in the contract or change
orders.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time to punch out the
project.

At the end of this process, if you aren’t absolutely
delighted with the work you received from Premier Remodeling
Services, we will cheerfully refund $200.00 of the contract
price back to you.
